The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive the data transformation in this business-critical position.
You will act as a Key Data practitioner, mentoring and motivating your team cross functionally whilst also remaining hands-on managing capacity planning and requests for data analysts.
This successful candidate will be passionate about data analytics, including enabling business users to gather stories, data visualisations, analytics development, and data storytelling.
With collaboration at the centre, this position works closely with all sides of the organisation in an environment where ideas, thought and opinions are embraced. The goal: to transform data into value.
This is a hybrid position based in Gothenburg.

Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience as Data Analyst Practitioner
- Leadership experience; managing projects and teams
- Passionate about Data Analytics particularly in quality, security, and architecture
- Experience implementing change
- Technical experience using cloud capabilities
- Excellent communication and role model to your team
- Familiarity with Agile Frameworks
- Education – University Degree, preferably computer science or related field
