As an integral part of this journey, we are actively recruiting a dynamic Cloud Country Lead to spearhead the execution of the cloud portfolio in Germany.

In this key leadership role, you will be at the forefront of our client’s digital transformation journey, driving the expansion and revenue execution of their cloud solutions portfolio in Germany. Beyond this, you will also lead the main branch, presenting a unique opportunity to shape the success of the entire division in the region. Your responsibilities include building and supporting a high-performance team, achieving defined revenue, profit, partner satisfaction, and associated business KPIs.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5-years sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 5-years working within the IT channel, with deep knowledge of cloud services.
  • Record of accomplishment of building successful teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering desired results on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrable high levels of negotiation and influencing skills, across all levels of an organisation.
  • Analytical capabilities and competitor awareness combined with verbal, written and numerical skills, underpinning communication across all levels of an organisation.
  • An aptitude for problem solving with a structured approach and excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.
  • Proven experience in successfully selling cloud solutions and a track record of delivering against defined goals and deadlines.
  • Fluent business and technical, written and verbal, English and German language required.
