As they continue to grow and dominate in their market, they have embarked on the next stages of their digital transformation to stay ahead of competition.

They have invested heavily into their global digital transformation program centred on IoT on a Cloud environment to facilitate their manufacturing capabilities. They are looking for an ambitious Cybersecurity Lead to join their team and ensure they are remaining as secure as possible and facilitate their transformation.

In this position, you will be acting as the key figure head for security within the sites on a hybrid basis. Main responsibilities will include conducting key security audits, creating innovative software strategies and solutions, ensuring rapid security incident responses, while also taking on a peer-to-peer mentoring role.

Desired Skills and Experience

What they are looking for:

• Experience working in both IT and OT Environments
• Awareness on current cyber security threats and incident response strategies.
• Knowledge on regulations, and frameworks (e.g., MITRE) as well as in security policies and security standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC/ISA 62443).
• Able to go into their German sites (south) in case of a security emergency

Nice to have:

• It will be considered an advantage if you have experience in the cyber security fields (e.g., L1/L2 SOC analyst for OT, Penetration tester).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration with experience from working in a plant environment as IT, OT, or Maintenance Engineer.
