To achieve this, they are seeking a talented Global marketing Director to transform their Go-To-Market approach and sit as part of their Senior Leadership team.
You will be joining a highly collaborative, international, and diverse team who envision a world where Industry commits to bold outcomes, addresses environmental impact, safety & comfort for consumers. The Global Marketing director will be pivotal in leading the marketing teams as they transform and develop whilst you report directly into the COO. You will be working collaboratively across the organization, managing the marketing organization of 20+ members as it evolves whilst having three Senior direct reports to support your goals.
Under your leadership, the marketing organization will evolve professionally to work in alignment as a global marketing machine and operating as a global team able to think globally and execute locally.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years diverse marketing experience with a focus on demand marketing
- Experience managing multi-national teams
- Track record of re-organization change management, installing a new operating model and set of roles
- Skilled at people management, helping professionals embrace change and grow into new roles
- Understanding and experience working with ROI, budget management and P&L
- Strong change-management skills
- Knowledge or understanding of the high-end Simulation Software market
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
