To achieve this, they are seeking a talented Head of Commercial Success to completely transform and shape their sales function and sit as part of their Executive Leadership team.

You will be joining a highly collaborative, international, and diverse team who envision a world where Industry commits to bold outcomes, addresses environmental impact, safety & comfort for consumers. The Head of Customer Success will be pivotal in leading the pre-sales, post-sales and professional services teams and develop whilst you report directly into the reporting into the executive committee. You will be working collaboratively across the organization, innovating strategy and being the glue between sales, marketing and product to support your goals.

This is a global role with the HQ in Europe, so applicable to candidates within a European time zone.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal profile will have the following:

  • 10+ years strategic, diverse customer orientated success with the ability to adapt to different technologies and platforms
  • Strong career development in pre-sales or sales roles positions
  • Strong leadership to influence and create buy-in and strategy with internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Experience managing multi-national teams
  • Track record of working and managing agile teams across pre-sales, post-sales and professional services
  • Skilled at people management, helping professionals embrace change and grow into new roles
  • Self-starter with the ability to grow a function from the ground up
  • Background in organisations providing both software and software-as-a-service
  • Knowledge or understanding of the high-end Simulation Software market is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
