They are looking for an experienced Information Security Engineer to join their team in Germany. They have embarked on the next stage of digital transformation agenda, with keen focus on innovative cloud-based projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cloudifying the organisation’s data by enhancing the information security capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, as well as experience in web application and software security. You will also be comfortable working autonomously in a high pressure and fast paced team.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in IT engineering
• Experience in cloud computing (Azure, AWS or Google)
• Experience with operating systems, databases and networking
• Certifications in CISSP or SSCP are a plus
• Basic knowledge of security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001 or ISAE3402
• Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment
• Good proficiency in English
