With their impressive 40% YoY Growth and recent expansion into new markets means they are now seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to lead their frontline support. This team of talented and technically minded individuals ensure their billion-dollar sites and platform are always performing to the highest level.
This opportunity will offer you the chance to collaborate closely with the Senior Management and CTO as you lead and guide this team, whilst simultaneously utilising your technical abilities and problem-solving skills to analyse their database to identify patterns and spot anomalies, escalating when required to ensure the smooth running of the platform.
