We are working exclusively with their Global COO to hire a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to lead marketing efforts and help achieve business goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategy, managing a marketing team, and working closely with commercial organisations to drive revenue growth.

Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and strengthen our client’s position in the biotechnology industry.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the effective execution of marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and research, to drive product innovation and support customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights.
- Manage the company’s branding and ensure all marketing activities align with their corporate messaging and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
The ideal profile will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the biotechnology industry and its key players, including regulatory, ethical, and legal frameworks.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market research data to inform marketing decisions.
