We significantly shorten and improve recruitment processes, only shortlisting candidates for interview that are suitable for the role and the business, with a strong focus on diversity; we target ourselves on a CV to Interview rate of 95%; this takes away the job of sifting through non relevant CV’s from our client partners, in most cases they send us their direct applicants they have received for screening and evaluation against the other candidates in our longlist, saving additional time interviewing.
