With a recruitment career spanning fifteen years, John is a recognised industry leader, having successfully built and managed several high performing executive level recruitment businesses. Since its inception in 2015, he has overseen the global development of Quotacom’s key global client partnerships in tandem with driving operational excellence, geographical expansion and consistent profitability. More recently, he has provided seed funding and mentorship to a number of emerging executive search firms across clean energy, supply chain, engineering and finance transformation.

Daisy leads our International Account Management and Delivery Function. For over ten years she has managed global key accounts, delivering on key leadership, technical and commercial mandates. During the last five years she has hired, trained and managed a very strong team of delivery consultants and account managers, ensuring exacting standards are delivered to clients in the digital and analytics value chain. As an industry recognised board level female, she has helped develop Quotacom’s diversity charter and position the brand as the industry leader in diversity and gender equality.

Jason leads our International Business Consulting Division. With a career spanning ten plus years, Jason is astute at advising and guiding organisations through challenging and complex digital transformations and the associated search processes in order to navigate and deliver upon their critical, transformational hiring demands. Jason brings deep expertise across the Data & Analytics value chain across a plethora of industry domains and has forged strategic, collaborative partnerships with some of the world’s most recognised brands.

As Senior Vice President Americas, Luke manages Quotacom’s office in California, USA and oversees the executive search and consulting practice for the Americas. As a core member of Quotacom’s Leadership team, Luke holds significant expertise in strategic client management and business development, and has been involved in cultivating some of Quotacom’s most intricate and largest active global accounts. Drawing on a background in Computer Science, Luke maintains a customer focussed approach to business, with emphasis on advisory and organisational development.

With an international career spanning EMEA & APAC, Ashur draws on over five years of operations management across large enterprise, as well as a further five years of business development and service delivery. With his combination of experience in both worlds, he holds a deep understanding of business operations and the resource challenges faced in order to develop, deliver and manage tailored solutions that solve complex, real life business challenges.

Joy manages and supports our talented and growing team of Delivery Consultants within Quotacom. With over 6 years of headhunting experience within the digital transformation field, she holds a background in successfully leading niche talent strategies for organisations across a range of industries globally, from both start-ups through to SME’s. Since joining Quotacom, she has helped contribute to the development and growth of our delivery function and is passionate about empowering diversity and inclusion.

Emma comes to Quotacom with a broad knowledge base gained over 14 years in finance and over 8 years within the recruitment sector. She has a proven track record of both improving and maintaining the day to day running of the finance department and supporting the wider business by providing accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and commentary.

Emily is a chartered marketer who brings to the role over seven years of professional marketing experience with a background in marketing products and services within the technology B2B sector. Emily joins the Quotacom team with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help propel the Quotacom brand to new heights and to extend the reach of our clients, enabling them to differentiate themselves, attract and engage the highest performing candidates that create competitive advantage. Emily is also currently the Chair of Quotacom's DEI and Sustainability Committee.

Lily joined the Quotacom team with over 10 years of experience working in the Recruitment Industry as a Business and Sales Administrator. Lily now oversees our Administration and HR functions within the business and works closely with the leadership team to support and maintain the day-to-day running of the office and operations.
