We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join their team as the Global Generative AI Leader. This individual will be responsible for scaling the already established AI practice, driving innovation, and expanding their generative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, a deep understanding of AI delivery, and a proven track record of successfully scaling AI businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale the generative AI practice globally, leveraging existing resources and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Practice Management: Lead and manage a team of 200+ PhD-level AI scientists and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized AI solutions that drive business value.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base and market presence. Act as a key figure in acquiring new clients and expanding into new markets.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the organization as a thought leader in generative AI, contributing to industry forums, publications, and conferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders across the organization to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives and drive integrated solutions.
