We are currently seeking a IT Manager to join their dynamic team. This crucial role involves defining, developing, and implementing IT infrastructure and security strategies, managing IT incidents, and coordinating cybersecurity measures. You will also oversee infrastructure and system administration for software products and provide IT support to the family itself.
This is a high-visibility role that offers autonomy and the freedom to innovate.

Desired Skills and Experience
IT – Security:
- Definition, development and implementation of an IT security strategy for the company and the family
- Review of existing and introduction of additional (IT) security standards & processes based on the developed strategy
- Recognition and identification of cyber security incidents, initiation of suitable measures for containment, resolution and prevention
- Definition, Definition, coordination and implementation of incident response plans
- Creation and implementation of a training concept to reduce IT risks for the employees of the Family Office companies
- Introduction of a system for data encryption of highly sensitive data
- (Technical) contact person for the family’s private alarm systems
- Contact person for external service providers in the area of security
IT – Infrastructure:
Software
- System administrator for all software products & apps (primarily Microsoft)
- Checking rights concepts after consultation with the respective area manager
- Creation & maintenance of user profiles (all end devices)
Hardware
- Ordering and setting up new hardware
- IT onboarding of new employees for the company
Support
- Support for employees of the company
- IT support for the family (incl. private devices)
