They are searching for a group manager, leading a small team of highly skilled, specialist, Cybersecurity Penetration testers.
As the leading figure in the penetration test team, you will play an important and active role in developing their Global Technology Area and shape their common vision of Product Test.
With your team, you will have the responsibility to execute penetration tests of the companies innovative products, both onboard and off-board. You will develop, own and execute the test strategy for product cyber security.
This is a high visibility position, your work will support colleagues across a broad range of departments and you will report directly into Global Transformation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- With your team, you will have the responsibility to execute penetration tests of the company’s products.
- You will develop, own and execute the test strategy for product cyber security.
- You will work with all technologies that you can possibly think of in the context of cybersecurity and penetration testing.
- You will be taking an active part in the daily activities and testing of our systems.
- Play an active role in developing our Global Technology Area and shape our common vision of Product Test.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 8+ years working in software security, preferably in an embedded context.
- Hands-on experience from penetration testing.
- Knowledge of methods for testing, verification and validation, of automotive or similar system, on complete vehicle/ product level.
- Relevant Cybersecurity knowledge.
- Practical competence in programming languages, e.g. C, C++, Assembly, Python, Java etc.
- Automotive hardware is a desirable.
