Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Team Lead to join their team in Sweden. As a leader in the .NET team, you will guide a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8-9.NET engineers, supporting their growth and development
- Balance line management duties with hands-on software engineering (50/50 split)
- Drive best practices in.NET development, including Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure external input and maintain excellence across the.NET Team

Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong technical expertise in.NET development (full-stack engineer background)
- Leadership experience, with a background in project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with DevSecOps (CI/CD, Docker) and cloud programming (Azure)
