- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms and bring business and technology together.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven history of building and supporting high performing teams.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in implementing and achieving transformation.
- Flexible and digital mindset eager to learn and grow.
- Familiar with SAP and other core technologies in global solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in optimising portfolios and sunset legacy.
- Background in overseeing global projects focused on digital solutions and the execution of ERP software integrations.
- Fluent in English.
