In this role, you’ll undertake a diverse array of responsibilities, including advising and supporting leading businesses and financial investors in their company acquisitions, sales, and transaction-related projects. Your duties will also involve conducting intricate financial due diligence checks and analysing transaction opportunities and risks. Furthermore, you’ll spearhead the development and coordination of strategic decision-making principles and actionable recommendations. Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, as well as pursuing new business opportunities, will also be central to your role. Finally, you’ll assume leadership responsibilities for our exciting projects, taking charge of project teams and ensuring their successful execution.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Solid professional experience in transaction consulting or related fields, preferably backed by professional certifications (e.g., auditor, CFA, CIA, or CPA).
- A degree in economics or a comparable discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in project settings, with a knack for inspiring and supporting teams.
- Outstanding analytical skills coupled with a meticulous and entrepreneurial approach.
- Confident demeanour and strong presentation abilities in both German and English.
