The Brief
The Berner Group is a European company specialising in sales, marketing, and logistics services within the automotive, construction, and industrial trade industries.
Quotacom was engaged by the Chief Digital Officer to enable them to hire a number of strategic and tactical hires in order to accelerate their digital and IT transformation, with a particular focus towards their SAP/S4Hana transformation.
The Results
Following a detailed consultation period and close collaboration with Berner Group’s Chief Digital Officer, Quotacom successfully delivered four highly strategic roles within tight timeframes. This included confidential leadership hires. The roles fulfilled were:
- IT Transformation Manager: Successfully completed the search within 9 weeks (brief to offer).
- CISO: Successfully completed the search within 6 weeks (brief to offer).
- Head of SAP Supply Chain: Successfully completed the search within 12 week (brief to offer – over Christmas period)
- SAP Team Leader: Successfully completed the search within 13 weeks (brief to offer – over Christmas period)
