With Etac’s ongoing drive and focus on long-term growth, the attention to advancements within digital had never been greater. The industry that Etac operates within, with large institutions, municipalities and states as customers, are far behind other industries when it comes to integrating digital tools in its offering, sales and internal processes. Etac needed to advance and turn digital into a key competitive advantage. While digital-in-product initiatives were still planned to be driven by each product divisions, they wanted to drive an ambitious digital transformation agenda when it comes to processes and digital application centrally. With this in mind, they were actively seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead this business-critical agenda at a group level.
The Results
Quotacom conducted a detailed, Sweden-wide search, comprehensively mapping the market with focus on both competitors as well as industries with transferrable skillsets. Over the course of 14-days an initial shortlist was agreed with 3 top favoured candidates progressing through numerous interview phases, ultimately culminating with the successful placement of Etac’s Chief Information Officer.
