Tetra Pak is a Global manufacturing engineering conglomerate, a world-renowned leader in packaging production equipment and packaging technology, with revenues of €13bn and a multinational client base including PepsiCo, Danone, and Nestle. The Tetra Pak business is known for innovation, however, it has retained an industrial legacy, but has a strong appetite for digital change from CEO level down.
Quotacom were engaged by the VP of Strategic Planning & Digital Programme Officer to execute several key leadership mandates and a team build across the data and digital office.
Initially engaged by Erik Winberg, Vice President, Strategic Planning and Digital Programme Officer to assist in the build of the Data Science and Digital COE’s, advising on the most agile and effective way to engage the expert candidate population, in line with future growth aspirations for the BU. Searches include;

Quotacom conducted a global search and selection process for the leadership positions and a number of senior positions for digital and data office, producing high quality shortlists within a fifteen working day timeframe, with a 100% interview rate and 100% success rate on all searches. This has culminated in the successful hiring of several of the leadership and management team of the digital office including Alberto Borasso, Global Head of Decision Science and Advanced Analytics.
Quotacom has since gone on to build out a significant proportion of Alberto’s decision science CoE attracting experts from all over the world.
