They are expanding rapidly to democratize genomic testing and make it significantly more accessible, beneficial and affordable for diverse global populations.

We are working with their ExCom to hire an experienced HR Manager o join them as they accelerate their next phase of growth in the San Francisco office.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to support the daily functions of our organization. This is a multifaceted role that demands excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced work environment.

The HR Manager will be the primary responsible contact for establishing and managing all HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and act as the first point of contact for a range of enquiries including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relationships, learning and development.

You will be joining during an exciting period of rapid growth and playing a critical role in the company’s maturation, as they work to democratize personalized medicine and cement their place as a global leader within the field of genomics.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience in HR with a small growing organisation with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
